Family Preservation Program

 

Code Blue is our Family Preservation Program that is designed to strengthen families by providing support, resources and guidance to parents facing challenges that may put their family stability at risk.

The program provides coordinated case management, therapeutic services, respite hours, in-home visits and parent education.  By offering preventative services and interventions, we aim to reduce family separation, prevent crises and promote child well-being.
